I have an older Jet black German Shepherd. The main family member that was caring for him can no longer take care of him. I am looking for a new loving home for him. He may need to do some warming up to you but he's a pretty laid back old fella. He doesn't bark unless he's warning you that someone is approaching. He will do well with being in a fenced backyard where he can run around and play. He's never really socialized around babies or other dogs besides a pet hotel so I'm not too sure how that will go. I rather not go the shelter route, I prefer that he gets placed directly in a loving home. Someone who has patience and can show him lots of attention will easily fall in love with him. He will need some grooming done to reveal his beautiful coat.
