We are a rapidly growing company seeking new Project Managers to join our TEAM! This is a great opportunity! The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects on time.

Qualifications
- Project Management: 1year (preferred) not required.
- Construction Estimating: 1 year (preferred) not required.
- Experience with high-end home building: 1 year (preferred) not required.
- Sales Experience:1 year (preferred) not required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Supervision of subcontractors
-Quality control
-Writing contracts
- Scheduling
- Ordering materials
- Client interaction
-Budget control and oversight
