Commercial Construction Laborers Needed Bay Area commercial construction company based out of Newark, CA seeking laborers and carpenters with experience in commercial construction. We are a small company of about 25-30 that specialize in Commercial Tennant Improvement and R&D Biotech/Pharma projects. We have full time positions available asap for projects located in Menlo Park, Redwood City & Hayward. Hours: M-F 6am – 2:30pm with opportunities for overtime on weekends SPECIFIC DUTIES/JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must be legally eligible to work in US • Prior experience working commercial construction • Ability to follow directions and perform quality work • Knowledge of how to operate power tools and hand tools • Work off scaffolding and ladders • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials • Physically able to climb, stoop, bend, squat, crawl and kneel • Stand and/or walk for long periods of time • Punctual, self-starter, capable of working with a team, or working alone on individual tasks • Maintain safety, professionalism, and cleanliness of job sites • Possess the ability to communicate with sub-contractors and management • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Perks: • Work shirts provided • Paid sick leave after 90 days of employment • Medical stipend after 6 months • 401k eligibility after 1 year Call or text Pete at 510.915.3601 for more information.
