neglected puppy

Within the past week I've taken in a neglected and abused puppy. He was severely underweight, he's gaining steadily but I can not afford to keep and care for him. I want him to go to someone who can, asking $75 to try and make sure of this. Txt with any questions he's mixed breed, most likely heeler as he's ticked and has brindle patching.
