OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - TACOMA, WA Days Required Monday - Friday Tues- Fri also an option SURGE Coworking is seeking a maintenance professional for coworking spaces across Tacoma. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work with a great property management company. Duties include but aren't limited to: Works in coworking spaces on turnover and renovation of units Works on external, as well as internal repairs, sometimes in historic buildings. Repairs may include but are not limited to, drywall repairs, painting, fence and gate repairs, plumbing installation or repairs, appliance repairs, boilers, and HVAC systems, and common area clean-up. Moving furniture General tool knowledge Keeps storage facilities and equipment in an orderly, working condition. QUALIFICATIONS Must have handyperson, construction, or maintenance experience Ideal candidate would have some plumbing and electrical knowledge, but not required. Excellent customer service skills a must. Ability to work 8am-5pm M-F (Or Tues- Fri) Paid Hourly $19/ Hour We offer Health, Vision & Dental on the 1st of the month after 60 days We also offer PTO and Sick Time.
