Rehoming 4 month old puppy

We got a puppy about a week ago. Our current older puppy doesnt do well with him. We have had to keep them in their kennels for a longer portion of the day. We are only letting out one at a time around the house. Hes a shepard/pit mix. We cant get in contact with the person we got him from. Would like to see him go to a place where he can get attention. Right now our dog just beats him up. He is on the skinny side, but we will give the small kennel and any other stuff we were given for him. Just asking $250 rehoming, we paid more but I'm hoping he can go sooner since its affecting our sleep and living routine.
