Tree Removal and Replacement for 2 Oak Trees

I need the following done at my property for 2 Oak Trees that are in my driveway: 1. Remove Vegetation surrounding Oak Trees 2. Remove the 2 Oak trees. 3. Grind the Stump, Remove Roots as best we can - not damaging any lines 4. Remove and haul all garbage 5. Plant Bahama Strongbark or Wild Cinnamon Bark per City and HOA specs - 10 ft. tall etc. (need the trees) 6. Replant vegetation that we removed - yes, it may not survive Ready to do this asap for a good price.
