Maintenance person needed for vacation rental units (1 property location). Responsibilities include heavy lifting (must be able to lift heavy portable air conditioner), light electrical, light plumbing, grounds maintenance including cleaning and landscape upkeep, exterior painting, minor repairs to units as necessary. Must have reliable transportation, be eligible to work in US and speak English. Please provide experience and contact information. Hours are 9-2 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
