I'm looking for an owner operator that is willing to give me a good price and in return could possibly get 8 properties and an apt complex. I'm always adding to my portfolio so there is an opportunity for more homes and apt complexes to be added down the road. Hedge trimming, weed spraying and debris pickup needed through out the year along with bi-yearly laid pine straw. You don't have to offer pine straw, but its yours if you want it. I'd also like to know if you offer hedges planting, seeding, seasonal flowers, etc. Please reply with... - Your company info and years in business. Online presence, websites, Facebook, Instagram, reviews, etc. Pictures and video are a big plus if you can provide of your setup and work. - Equipment you use. Trucks, flatbeds, dumps, enclosed and most importantly your mower(s). Walk-behind, Stander, Sit-down and its size? Hand tools Stihl, Echo, Red Max, etc. - Avg cost to cut, trim and blow a yard.
