NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED PAINTERS WHO ARE READY TO LEAD A SMALL CREW AND RUN THEIR OWN JOBS Hi, my name is Mark, I am the owner of VIP-PAINTING Inc. Yes, we're all need of skilled workers but don't waste my time or yours if you can't deliver on what I'm looking for, or if you're not in it to grow with our company. We don't need you, we want you and we want VERY IMPRESSIVE PAINTERS (VIP) not average or below. Crew Leader pays at $25-45/hr (D.O.E.), Weekly Pay and Direct Deposit available and Flexible Schedule available for work-life balance needs. Requirements: • Ability to run your own job from start to finish, meeting deadlines and delivering quality product and service • Meet or exceed Customer Expectations • Valid drivers license and work documents • Have reliable work truck or van (required to transport ladders, equipment and paint) • Work a 40 hr week, M-F • Meet the physical demands of the job (lifting paint buckets, being on tall ladders, working in the heat, etc) • Have your own grip • Drywall and basic carpentry skills/tools for repair work • Familiarity with technology, smart-phone applications, google calendar and email Responsibilities: • Job related customer communication • Quality craftsmanship • Efficient production • Project and crew management • Jobsite safety • Painting (you're not just supervising, your working and setting the pace for the crew) Qualifications: • Previous experience as a journeyman painter • Demonstrate proper use of pressure washer, airless spray equipment, and all the other tools of the trade • Positive attitude and good communication skills • Demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability • Be knowledgable but not a know it all You will not only be good at the usual Painter Duties: • Pressure washing, preparation and masking and protecting, body work, texture and drywall repairs, priming, painting, staining, clear coating, etc. BUT YOU WILL ALSO KNOW HOW TO DO BASIC REPAIRS ON STUCCO AND T1-11 and TRIM. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus! $IGNING BONU$ for bringing an experienced painter ($600) and a helper ($400) with you when they join our team* (6 months retention required).
