The following skills/qualifications/ requirements are as follows: CDL License A strong background with electrical work, concrete, construction, manual labor, as well as someone that is willing to be a team player and follow direction. A clean background. A very lucrative bonus structure if you sell on the jobs you are already onsite doing. Willing to work a rotational Saturday (once every other week) Able to maintain a septic tank, minor and major repairs, as well as pumping out septic tanks. If you are missing some licensing credentials we would be willing to invest in you after you have proven yourself.
