Bella Vista Construction, LLC is a small business that is growing rapidly. Looking for an individual to work along side owner as well as someone to look over and complete smaller jobs on their own. Must have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in all aspects of residential remodeling. Must be Professional and proficient without compromising any attention to detail. Examples of work you will be doing is: demo, drywall(hang/finish), painting, flooring, set cabinets, tile, trim, carpentry, framing, punch-out, windows, doors, Etc. You MUST have valid drivers license, your own transportation (preferably truck), own phone, and drug free. No drugs will be tolerated! Must be able to work weekends if needed. Locations are around Concord, Charlotte and surrounding areas. Hours can vary weekly depending on job, but try to stick to 7-5pm. This will start as a 1099 position.
