The caulking around a bathtub in my rental needs to be removed and replaced. Note that the gaps between the tub and the pre-fab walls is pretty big. Caulking needs to be fully removed, the area to be caulked needs to be cleaned, and new caulk needs to be applied. I can provide the caulking and masking tape. You need to provide the rest. Should be done in one day (probably only take 2-3 hours at most). Expect a professional looking job. Provide your quote. Pay will be cash upon completion of the job. Prefer the job is done during the weekend, as I'm not available during the day on weekdays.
