An established Commercial General Contractor in the Denver metro area currently looking for a Carpenter/Skilled laborer to join our team. Responsibilities: Knowledgeable in the use of most hand tools Knowledge and application of basic principles and procedures of trim and door installation. Install wood or metal structural and architectural elements. Demolish as needed. May do touch-up or incidental painting after structure repairs. Complete general hardware installation. Must maintain clean workspace and other duties as assigned. Additional skills are not required but would be a plus Ability to run equipment such as skid steer, forklift, and backhoe. Pre-engineered metal building erection Qualifications: 3-5 years of previous experience in commercial construction. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Load and unload materials. Deadline and detail-oriented. Basic blueprint and plan reading. Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
