Looking for skilled handyman to start right away full time for multiple high priority projects. Our company focuses on property management of commercial and residential properties.
Preferred candidate must possess attention to detail and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs including but not limited to; plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, painting and drywall. Installation of new appliances such as water heaters as needed. Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. Having your own tools is a plus.
