Teaching studio available in Mt.Pleasant

Hey everybody. I have a small studio available in my store for teaching music lessons. I'm open 6 days a week for students and you can teach from 10:30 to 5:00. I am looking for qualified teachers that already have students. Depending on what you teach you may be able to pick up some students through my store. Studio rent is 300.00 a month and is available now. Call Music I would prefer music lessons but I am open to the studio being used for other things-art classes-small office space-modeling agency-etc.
