Local Florist is in need a safe dependable driver to add to our team to make our deliveries and help perform various in shop duties. Immediate opening available for a part time (with the possibility of becoming full time if desired) local delivery driver to deliver flower arrangements. The hours will be Mon-Fri and every other Saturday from 9am until all deliveries are made; ending hours may vary from day to day with a minimum of 4 hours per day guaranteed. Duties will include; Basic shop duties (Including but not limited to helping take out garbage, assist with cleaning and processing of incoming product, putting hard goods on shelves and assisting designers with simple tasks) Safe operation of company vehicle while following map directions Pull orders and load into delivery vehicle without damaging arrangement Deliver arrangements to intended recipient without damage Obtain delivery confirmation from recipient Be courteous to our customers Route your deliveries using routing system Maintain delivery confirmation paperwork and turn in daily To be considered for the opportunity applicant must have a positive attitude be able to work independently, have a valid driver's license (NO CDL required). Clean driving record required pass a background and drug test. Delivery experience preferred.
