Rhythm Guitarist for Paid Situation

Looking for a solid rhythm player (some key skills would be great, but not necessarily a deal breaker) between the age of 45 and 60 living in or near to Fort Myers. Must have and play quality acoustic and electric instruments and be somewhat versatile. Can you funk, punk and play some timeless rock and roll? The goal is to have 25-30 songs solid for performances to be scheduled early 2022. Along the way there will be promotional happenings with some or all of the folks involved (6 members). This is a paying situation from the start. We are not expecting something for nothing; and if you have other commitments that is cool as long as there is solid communication to avoid conflicts.
