Must be reliable and experd.
Must have experience in all types of tile install, baseboards install, buildout, basic additions like plumbing and electrical basic.
Needed for ongoing rehab & remodel work. Must have tools
Landscaping experience a plus.
Must be able to follow instructions and communicate to do clean work as directed.
Need to hire ASAP.
Price per gig determined at start of project.
