I need someone reliable and skilled with old houses to do odd jobs at my rental home.: Repair controls on heating/cooling vents & repair paint around one vent-fix or replace interior door catches- put stripping& caulk around bathtub, caulk floor molding in bathroom- replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Repair and tighten molding and sweeps on exterior doors- Measure for storm and screen doors front and back-(possible hang new) Close off entry under house properly and apply barrier to entry by every cat in the neighborhood. Other tasks as needed. Possibly build a wheelchair ramp. I will need you to work not spend time on your phone or pretending. I will pay you $20 an hour ($30 w/verifiable experience)and feed you lunch and/or supper, you can take a coffee or cigarette break but you can't smoke in the house. I am not hard to get along with but I won't be taken advantage of. If interested you will meet with me and view the tasks then set a day and time to start.
