Need replacement air conditioner

We need someone who can come out and replace our air conditioner with a newer or more efficient air conditioner as soon as possible, ideally within a week! Must be able to connect it to Google Nest, no extreme upcharge/markup on the unit, 13 or 14 seer unit, Aspen Coil, pressure and treat lines, air cleaner, plenum work adapt/rebuild, duct connect work, cold air drop, install and work must pass permit/code, must remove current unit, add new circuit, piping, and etc. We ideally want to pay about $1000-$1500 for the AC unit and about $1000 for the labor.
