Description
1) I need someone to check what's wrong with our water pressure. Test the water pressure that comes out of the city side. Pressure and flow GPM. Check the same at the faucet. If the problem is on my side fix it.
2) I need to resurface old wood floor in 2 rooms. Then stain and clear coat 2-3 times.
3) I need to stain ceiling in 2 rooms.
4) I need to install 3 doors. Probably build a new frames for the doors and paint. House is from 1929.
5) Rebuild a bathroom.
6) Build another bathroom in adjacent room.
7) Lay wood floor in a small room.
Person needs to have a car/truck. Will pay either hourly or per job. You need to have carpentry skills, drywall skills and be a general handy man. Looking for hire for a month of remodeling work or longer.
