We are a large 240 unit apartment complex located in Guilderland, Ny. Looking to hire a full time maintenance tech. Must have some experience with painting and general maintenance (light electrical, plumbing, etc) Must be able to work well with a team, (as well as working with residents) and willing to learn new things.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with a rotational on-call week/weekend.
