Full-time maintenance tech needed for a busy commercial property management company in Southern Maine! Work directly with our office & maintenance staff to carry out all routine maintenance and unit turnover tasks on commercial and multi-family properties. Seeking applicants with 2 years prior maintenance experience but willing to train the right person. Job Duties Include: - General Cleaning - Painting & Hardware Replacement - Lawn Care & Landscaping - Snow Removal - Identifying maintenance issues and steps to repair (Experience with basic hand tools preferred) - Light Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical (Experience in any of these areas is a plus) - Utilizing management software & Excel to record repairs - On Call Availability for afterhours emergency repairs on a rotating basis Seeking Applicant with: - Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement will be provided) - Strong Organization/ Time Management skills - Professional demeanor, especially when interacting with commercial & residential tenants - Ability to lift 25-50lbs - Basic working knowledge of computers and mobile devices (both will be provided) - Desire to learn new skills and grow with the company Pay commensurate with experience including employee benefits such as health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation/holidays.
