Description
The Chocolate Church Arts Center seeks experienced and knowledgeable sound engineers for outdoor and indoor concerts.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up and breaking down equipment based on artists’ specifications
Running sound checks
Mixing FOH and monitors
Applicants must have technical AND people skills, as they will be required to communicate professionally with artists and CCAC representatives.
Outdoor Summer Shows: 8/7, 8/14, 8/21 and 8/28. Frequent indoor shows beginning in September.
Applicants do not need to commit to every show if they are not able. Engineers can work as many shows as they can. Most shows will be Fridays and Saturdays.
CCAC has industry standard equipment including a MIDAS 32 mixing board, high quality microphones, monitor speakers, cabling, etc. Engineers will not need to provide their own gear.
Pay will be competitive and in line with industry standards.
