**Janitorial / Maintenance Associate **

ScienCell Research Laboratories () is a biotechnology company whose mission is the research and development of cell and cell-related products for experimental and therapeutic use. We currently have the following opening: Janitorial / Maintenance Associate Candidate will need to possess the following qualifications: • Floor technician / specialization • Able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong organization skills • Positive attitude • Excellent attendance • Able to lift 50+ pounds • Property maintenance experience will be plus Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Point of contact for all janitorial duties • Use of chemical cleaners, tools and custodial equipment • Vacuum, mop, strip and wax, and sweep all floor areas • Maintain a sanitary and tidy working environment both in the lab and office • Adhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures • Work with management teams on inventory janitorial stocks Must have experience and / or extensive knowledge as floor technician.
