L&M Dealer Solutions is looking to hire an experienced janitor. You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the building looking perfect. To work well in this role you should have basic maintenance knowledge and extensive experience in cleaning. Janitor Responsibilities: • General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. • Sweep and mop floors. • Cleaning and stock restrooms. • Disinfect all doorknobs and hand rails • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. • Keep outdoor tables clean and neat. • Keep cleaning supplies in stock. • Collect and dispose of trash. • Sweep outdoor facility if needed • Take initiative without needing constant direction. • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Janitor Requirements: • Ability to manage your time efficiently. • Work well when supervisors are not present. • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. • Handle basic cleaning and other janitorial work. • Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. • Able to use basic cleaning equipment. • Able to take direction and remain consistent Please submit your resume if you are interested.
