Seeking Nanny for Twins - 3 Days/Week

We are looking for an experienced caregiver starting in mid/late September. We prefer Monday-Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm, but have some flexibility on days and start/end times. We are looking for a minimum of 3 days a week, 8 hours a day with an hour lunch break and two 15-20min breaks throughout the day. We are first time parents and the twins (fraternal) were born in June. They are totally adorable, but we may be a bit biased :) Both babies are healthy and eat well. Currently breastfeeding with the occasional bottle, will be 3+ months old when we are looking for care. We partially work from home and either my husband or I would be home at all times - available to lend a hand, as needed. Our workspace is separate from the house – so while we will be available, we won’t hover :) We have a nice backyard space that would be available throughout the day and are near walking trails, in a quiet neighborhood. Activities or study is totally fine, provided that the kids are being cared for and safely monitored. We do not have a TV in the house and prefer minimal kid-visible screen/audio time. If we find a good fit, we are open to a long-term care arrangement. Full vaccination against Covid-19 required. We can wear masks if you prefer, but okay without as well. CPR/first aid certification preferred. Ability to provide at least two references and willingness to have a background check run (we'll cover the cost) required.
