We are looking to fill two positions: HVAC/Maintenance Tech- $18-$21 per hour based on experience Prep/Maintenance Tech- $17-$19 per hour based on experience Job requirements: 1. Have a valid drivers license. 2. Have reliable transportation. 3. Have at least one years experience in multifamily housing. 4. Have experience in plumbing and electrical. 5. HVAC tech should have EPA cert. 6. HVAC tech will have at least one years hands on repair experience.
