Summary: Hey this is Jeff Julia, Founder of Koncept Garage. I’ll cut straight to it. We’re growing like crazy and need some help. If you’re someone who enjoys working with your hands, has a little experience installing furniture or working with tools and you have a lot of energy, keep reading. First, let me explain what we’re not looking for… A pain in the ass, a slacker, a hacker, a hero. We’re a team who work together to get the job done and amaze our clients. Okay, you made it past that so let’s get down to business. People hire us because they want an amazing garage for their whole family to enjoy - and they want us to do it all for them. Most of our clients want their garages customized to support their fun hobbies - biking, working out, camping, wakeboarding, etc. To get their garages from where they are to where they are saying, “Holy s**t, you guys nailed it!” takes a lot of work. 50-100 man hours of work! What’s a man hour you ask? It’s 1 hour of labor by 1 “man” (a construction term). So, if we have 3 people on a job working 8 hour days, that’s 24 man hours per day of work we can complete together. Most jobs take us 2-3 days to complete. It’s work for sure but, we have a lot of fun, get a great workout in, can eat whatever we want and not gain weight and the best part is, we get rewarded with our clients’ reactions. To come home and think about how blown away someone was with what you did for them is an experience you don’t want to miss out on. We also get 5-star review bonuses, job milestone rewards (gift cards, massage guns, swag, etc.). You might be thinking, hey, this sounds like a great gig, what’s the catch? Well, we work in garages. Hot, dirty, dysfunctional garages. Besides that, you’ll need a few tools to get started (a tape measure, a drill, the basics). You’ll need some tech savviness (familiarity with Google Calendar, Google Drive and Gmail) and you’ll likely need other forms of income. This is a part-time opportunity right now (1-3 days/week) but, like I said, we’re growing like crazy. The problem I’m experiencing is I can’t go get us more jobs (which means more money for you) if I’m the guy helping to get the jobs done - I can’t be in two places at once. Our team is small so chemistry is critical. Our jobs are full-day commitments, we work 8-6pm, weekdays only. You’ll need your own means of transportation, a lot of ambition and a good attitude - we’ll train you on the rest. You could be in Round Rock one day then Driftwood the next. So if sitting at a desk all-day or behind a counter sounds like a nightmare to you, congratulations, you’re just like us!
