We are currently seeking a full time skilled, reliable General Laborer to join our growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic landscaping and building grounds maintenance.
Janitorial / custodial cleaning as needed.
Perform basic painting, drywall, framing, and minor electrical duties.
Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
Perform minor repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.
Unload tools, prepare carry / move office supplies or building materials, and set up equipment.
Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers.
Follow project instructions from managers or supervisors.
Requirements:
1 year working in a similar role preferred.
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Heavy lifting of materials and occasionally working outside in the sun for landscaping.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
