The San José Woman's Club, one of the oldest women-led organizations in the Bay Area, is looking to build an all-star roster of Event Captains.
Job duties include:
Opening the building for client prior to event. (early shift)
Liaising with client, caterer, bartender and other vendors during the event
Supervising during event set up and monitoring that all rental procedures are being followed per rental guidelines
Liaising with Security on duty
Monitoring event when guests are present and event is underway
Supervising clean up at end of evening
Closing and locking building (late shift)
Requirements: must be able to work independently and be comfortable enforcing club policies with no supervision.
Training provided.
