InGenious Targeting Laboratory, Inc., a leader in producing genetically engineered mouse models for medical research, currently has an entry level position available in Production for a highly motivated individual. Description The ideal candidate would be able to perform the following tasks: Handle small animals with ease and confidence Change and clean animal cages efficiently Perform IP injection and dissection Prepare agarose gels, media, and buffers Operate an autoclave to sterilize media, buffers, etc. Maintain a clean and organized work area Strict attention to details Accurate record keeping Ability to follow directions and report any issues to direct supervisor Requirements No degree or experience required. On the job training. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and work well independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and off-hours.
