Laborers are a vital part of M3, Inc.'s team and we currently have an immediate need for motivated & dedicated Laborers for jobs located in Charlottesville and surrounding cities/counties. This is full-time (Monday - Friday), year-round work with benefits. Experience preferred but if you want a career in masonry, we will train you. Apply online: or call 434-974-7806, extension 4. Duties: Move & organize material and equipment Mix mortar Cut brick and block Erect/Dismantle scaffolding Job site clean-up Job Requirements: Familiarity with or willing to learn the duties described above Ability to get to/from job sites, daily Punctual, courteous, and dependable Ability to meet physical demands of job Good communication and listening skills Ability to follow directions and work within Safety Guidelines Proper documentation is a prerequisite for employment with M3, Inc. Pay: Laborers earn between $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits: Health Insurance: After 60 days of full-time employment, M3, Inc. employees are eligible to enroll in Health Coverage. M3, Inc. offers two Medical Plans through Anthem and we cover 60% of the premium cost. Low-cost dental and vision plans are also available. Paid Holidays: After 90 days, full-time employees receive 6 paid Holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. Paid Time Off: After one year of employment, full-time employees receive 40 hours of PTO.
