Need 6' x 7' deck rebuilt with railing and stairs

Looking for quotes for labor, materials, and hauling away ALL construction debris. I have a 72" x 86" deck over a concrete basement staircase servicing the rear door of my 1911 rental house. There are two recesses (~4.5" x 5.5" x 6" deep) in the brick wall into which the original beams were inserted for support. The other end of the deck frame rests on 30" brick pillars. These pillars might still be sound, but you be the judge. The bottom-most of the deck stairs ends in a concrete stair. This stair could still be used if you wish. Access to the basement door is essential, so you will need to pay attention to the clearance you provide under the deck. Looking for quotes to rebuild this structure using sound building practices. Would prefer a maintenance-free decking material be used for the stairs and deck, as well as the railing. The property is located at 3903 Windom Place NW, near the Tenleytown Metro station.
