Willing to pay $450 a month or possibly more and will watch property if needed. Looking for place to park an older, somewhat ugly, motorhome. Self contained. Just need a plug in but would like a hose for water if possible. Clean and will keep to self. Prefer SW or W Eugene but open to others, even coast range. Willing to pay $450 a month and can keep an eye on the property. No pets but loves dogs and animals. Late 60s physically disabled but can still walk. Outlying areas are preferred. No drugs, does drink some wine, and smokes cigarettes inside the MH but is very fire/safety conscious. Has a car that will need a parking space as well. Has a roof AC. Will possibly pay more monthly if there was water/sewer/etc. Excellent credit cosigner and would possibly sign a shorter term lease if that is needed. Flexible.
