We are a luxury pet resort looking to add a custodial (housekeeping/grounds keeper/maintenance) position to our team. This position would include daily cleaning to the facility, light repairs to equipment, fencing etc... and grounds keeping in regards to cleanliness, weeds and trash pickup though out grounds. This is a 23,000 sq foot facility with a couple acres of commercial land (parking lot, rock beds and lawn). Hours would vary between 25-35 hours per week and can be flexible to allow candidate to make their own schedule. Candidate must be comfortable around dogs, able and willing to climb ladders and work in a team environment.
