I am looking to hire someone as a mother's helper/assistant. This is a unique position in that it requires the ideal candidate to fulfill a multifaceted role with various different tasks and responsibilities. Our family is in need of a house cleaner on a once a week basis. We are looking for someone who would ideally also be available as a per diem nanny/babysitter when the need arises for an evening or weekend away from home. Once school resumes in the fall, scheduling needs will change, as we will need someone for an hour or two early in the morning to get our son ready for school and again in the afternoon to pick him up. This position requires you to have your own reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. Must be able to provide at least three professional references. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and special needs a MUST. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, honest, dependable, and mature.
