Looking for someone to work for Apex Projects on all carpet installations, lay and install carpets from rolls, install padding and trim flooring materials, as well as inspect surfaces to determine its condition and correct any imperfections. Must have experience in carpet installations with references we can call. Must be willing to work from 8AM to 5PM. Pay every week. This is a permanent position. The ideal applicant should have a basic working knowledge of tools and power tools, as well as some experience in using them, as well as have a good grasp on mathematics, along with having an exceptional attitude and work ethics. Experience is required; if you have experience on installing other types of flooring, that’s a huge plus. Stamina and physical strength are also necessary, as there will be a lot of heavy lifting, kneeling, and standing throughout carpet installations. While we’re based near Allentown, we do work all over the Lehigh Valley, as well as throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, so some travel may be required and prospective applicants without their own transportation should refrain from applying.
