Job description Job requires high dexterity, must be able to work in heat for long periods of time. Job is for a commercial roof coating laborer. Long work days up to 12 hours. Mandatory over time, weekend work based on weather. Paid holidays after 90 days, vacation pay and 401k/Profit sharing plan. Must be willing to take direction and work together as a team. Opportunity for advancement as we are a growing company. No experience necessary. Will be required to travel out of state to perform work on occasion.
