LaCava Flooring is Now Hiring! Gain experience in this fast paced, rewarding home construction industry by working as an Installers Assistant at LaCava Flooring. Our Installer Assistants, help our Master Installers with hardwood, vinyl plank and carpet installation jobs, while learning the flooring installation trade. Baseboard and trim carpentry and flooring industry experience is a plus. Must be able to lift heavy furniture, carpet roles, boxes of hardwood etc. Must have valid drivers license and transportation. 21 and up preferable Schedule Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, some Saturdays 8am-2pm.
