Rehoming 5 month old kitten

Hello! This is Luna. She is a 5 month old kitten. She has grown up around my 6&7 year old daughters for the time she has been with us (since 2 months old). She is very sweet, smart and funny, however, my husband ended up being very allergic to her. We tried to take some time to see if he could find a medication to remedy the discomfort, for the kids, but we have not been able to. When we got her in March, we were told she had the vaccines she needed, but I do not have proof of this. We planned to get her spayed/neutered but by the time we were ready, we needed to figure out if she would even be able to stay in our home. She has a huge, brand new cat tree with toys we’ve attached to it, a dome/bed (sloth thing) that she loves, food+water dish, a litter box /w scoop, a ball/puzzle toy, a moving fish toy, and some dander wipes that have made her coat feel amazing, we got them to try and help my husbands allergies. I am asking a $150 rehoming fee, to make sure she goes to a good home and to cover all the things she is coming with edit to add- she will also come with unopened bag of food and litter, and rehoming fee is negotiable.
