Ladder/gutter work no exp necessary

In need of a helper. Cleaning gutters and installing gutter toppers. I would like someone comfortable with working from a ladder. You can start with 1st story/garages until you feel comfortable. Walking roof lines speeds up the process when there's minimal pitch. 3rd story work is rare and typicallyshort order... Pay is 15hr to start... if you're worth a darn automatic raise to 20 after the first week. If we can get the work in I'll pay 8hr minimum and we can go home early. Bonus for working weekends. I'm an independent contractor for a billion dollar company... growth for a guy who keeps it moving and has is own truck/ladders is pretty impressive
