Our clients need their homes painted, patios installed, new decks and more! However, our clients like to travel and they need us to watch over their homes. House Sitting, to lawn maintenance and more. We are focused to work year round, this is why we offer multiple services to our clients. Think of a Concierge type of service to an exclusive clientele. We are a small family owned company, with the goal to hire the right people. We want to hire, however we want you to join our family business. Do you enjoy learning new things everyday? This is the basic outline of our business. We operate a property care company on the Northshore of Chicago. We opened one year ago and are busy then ever! Our primary focus is Painting homes, both interior and exterior. We need experienced painters, or we will train. We are not only hiring painters. There are other positions listed below. Position #2 Steamer Services In addition to painting, we have other service offerings our customers are taking advantage of. We steam clean specific items for our customers homes, using our commercial steamers. The equipment is light enough to carry into the clients home and operate. We Steam Clean, Stove Exhaust Systems, Windows, Grills, Grout and more. Our steaming services are exclusive, as we are the only company offering this service. It's a fast growing service! We developed this and will train. We pay for experience. If you are an experienced painter with proof of your experience, we will pay $25 to $30 per hour depending on your experience. Same for a handyman. If you have your own tools and truck, we will pay more per hour for your skills. As a customer service steamer the pay range is $18 to $25 per hour to start. If you have residential service experience, this is a plus. We offer competitive pay, and we are adding more benefits as we grow. We currently pay our helpers as a 1099 contractor.
