We are looking for a competent HVAC installer for two NEW small modern ranch-style homes, 850 sq ft each, next door to each other on Goodman Street. Ground-breaking is scheduled for August 15, 2021 Mitsubishi 3 zone mini-splits (12+9+9?) are preferred. Would consider Daikin brand. Current bids are way too high in my opinion for the straight-forward job that it is. The Builder will make the final determination for whom the job is awarded.
