Welker Property Management is seeking reliable individual to add to their existing maintenance staff to repair, maintain Packett's Landing, a commercial property in Fairport. Job duties include outside clean up, snow removal, landscaping along with building maintenance. Applicant must have experience in building trades, preferably with carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, heating, & light electrical. This can be full or part time position. Hours would start at 6 AM or 7 AM Individual must have valid a driver’s license along with reliable transportation and hand tools. High School diploma or GED required. A background check would be performed as part of the hiring process. Wages would be commensurate with experience. Salary commensurate with experience.
