Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Schedule appointments and track work order progress using company software Exterior maintenance knowledge is a must, i.e. Siding repairs, Roofing repairs, etc. Some construction experience and minor finish work is a plus Maintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clients Use of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills Use of a company vehicle to address maintenance work orders at various locations throughout a day Support team members, be a team player and be eager to learn Understanding of general maintenance processes and methods On-call rotation required Other duties as assigned Qualification requirements: Basic understanding of general maintenance and construction Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds Benefits Company offered benefits include Vehicle, phone, PTO, Health, Dental, Disability, Life insurance, 401(k) with company match and other upon meeting eligibility requirements.
