Hiring Movers and Truck Storage To Storage 1st Wk August

I am looking to hire two movers and a small truck, at least 5 foot by 10 foot, for a move from a 5x8 storage unit to a 5x10 storage unit. The two locations are less than 1 mile apart in Bethesda, MD. This needs to happen on August 3, 4, or 5 between 10am-3pm. The entire job will take about 1.5 hours, 2 hours at most. The first location is loading at ground level, no stairs or elevator. The second location is loading up a freight elevator. Both locations have hand carts. The move includes no furniture, no work other than literally moving the items.
