Family owned general construction company in Chantilly looking for experienced general construction subcontractor/s, Spanish speaking a plus, with 5+ years in carpentry/paint/masonry/concrete//drywall, overall general construction. Must do own estimates and have own transportation and tools. Hourly rate negotiable. Will need active business license, references and W2s. Projects are mostly in, Fairfax Co, Arlington Co, Prince William Co, Loudon Co, some MD and DC projects.
