We are currently seeking an individual for a large property located in Richland, WA. Responsibilities: • Prioritize and perform general maintenance service requests to meet deadlines. • Inspect community grounds continuously, record deficiencies, report to community manager • Recognize and address safety issues and perform necessary corrective measures • Adhere to move in schedule(s) and service request deadlines. • Maintain order and appearance of shop and storage areas. • Perform community grounds clean up. • Maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment and tools. • Comply with national, state and local health and safety laws • Remain available for “on call” duties as needed. • Act on emergency situations appropriately, including reporting them to the Community Manager. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of building maintenance or related experience required. • Some college and/or technical coursework preferred; HS Diploma or GED required. • Good communication skills • Valid driver's license is required • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and carpentry. • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces. • Ability to operate and maintain maintenance and grounds equipment. • Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds. • May need to provide own tools Benefits: Competitive salary and PTO Employer paid Medical and Dental, other voluntary benefits available Retirement savings with a 401(k) and company match Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, entry level.
